These pictures are about stones. Stones that show different levels of organization. The less organization the less the stones tell something about history, at least for the untrained eye. The destroyed mosque of Sur’man, the remains of the graveyard of Mansura and remains of the village of Mansura: All are being destroyed at the same period during the same war, but the visibility of what had happened is faiding away. The pictures try to stop this process, to stop this process of neglect.
